Where is My Order?-All orders including preorders are only updated when a label is made therefore you will receive an email or phone number when your order has received a label or been shipped out

How do I get updates on my order?-Once your order has been shipped you will get an email or text message confirming your order and a tracking number. You will be able to track your order whenever the provider(UPS, USPS, etc.) receives the package.
